LONG TERM RENTAL
(Minimum 24 weeks)
To hire an espresso machine have never been so easy and so convenient. Part of
our job will be to visit you, measure the available space for the espresso
machine and grinder and offer advice as to the best machine to suit your needs.
There is a range of professional espresso machines with 1, 2 or 3 groups heads
and the one best suited to you will be offered i.e. our most popular model is
the 2 group head automatic for the minimal cost of £19.00 + VAT per week.
Rentals are for a minimum of 24 Weeks, and offered subject to status. An initial
deposit of £ 250 will be required on installation.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITION
Equipment always remains the property of London Espresso.
New Customers Will be asked to produce conclusive proof of identification when
hiring. New customers will be required to pay by cheque with guarantee card.
Repair or replace in the event of breakdown at London
Espresso cost. (Monday-Friday 9am 6pm).
If repair is required due to customer damage or negligence, repair are at client
cost.
Customer are responsible for care of equipment including loss or damage caused
by fire theft or weather.
If the machine is stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the customer will be charged
replacement costs at the recommended selling price.
Our Aim:
To provide the

equipment in the event of breakdown at London Espresso cost.

Rates:
All prices are
for a standard service and are subject to VAT. The hirer is responsible for the
equipment from the time of delivery until returned. Lost or damaged equipment
will be charged at full replacement cost.

Our staff, in
all departments, are paid a significant portion of their salaries in performance
bonuses to develop a genuine interest in customer satisfaction.
Dependability:
We have
invested significantly in our technicians, workshop, electrical testing and
spraying facilities. Your peace of mind depends on it.

RENTAL GUIDE

contract is a good idea to call more than one rental outlets
to compare prices and equipments.
One principal to remember is to get the right product for your use at a
comparable price to insure optimal use and productivity. Determining the volume
of customers expected to be served over the time of use will help to determine
the proper size machine. Ask questions about equipment included (Grinder, Pump,
water container, water softener), power rating, installation, training, servings
per hour, supplies needed to operate the machine, rental rates, deposits, notice
required in case of return. The size of
machine that will be needed may influence the options available with the rental
companies. After determining the proper size you will want to decide which model
appeals to you the most, and whether this will be appropriate for the setting
